ReiPT Short-Tail XoL Pricing Tool

ReiPT STxL Short-tail pricing tool provides a range of features and functions to facilitate your Non-proportional treaty pricing decisions of short-tail classes of business.

Allow up to 5 classes to be included in pricing (if required can be extended to more classes) making Whole Account XoL (WAXoL) pricing possible.
Allow Risk XoL, Cat XoL, and Risk and Cat XoL pricing.
Option to use underwriting cycle/premium rate changes with assumption settings.
Use Burning Cost and Experience based Frequency/Severity methods.
Allow Exposure based pricing where historical experience is sparse.
Allow multi-peril types (Earthquake, Windstorm, Flood and others) to be included in pricing.
For Cat losses, provide options to use Occurrence Exceedance Probability (OEP) curves from cat models, Pareto curve based method or Catastrophe loss modelling results (Event Loss Tables- ELTs/Year Loss Tables-YLTs) on Treaty structures on unlimited free reinstatement basis.
Provide a detailed breakdown of loss cost by class of business.
Allow blending of Burning cost, Frequency/Severity and Exposure based pricing with credibility weight assignments.
Provide minimum rates to be charged based on loss cost and expenses without risk/profit loadings.
Compare technical prices produced by the tool with market prices and provide views on underlying market risk/profit loadings.
Provide features to derive Market Pricing Curves and price structures based them.
